If you arrive when registration is closed, you will be allowed into the campground for the night. Go register at the high school the next day.

To register by mail please download and complete the following form and mail in with your check:
1. Full refund (minus $15 flat priority mailing fee for any merchandise) of registration fees only, if requested 45 days (not later than May 3, 2019) or more before the convention. Registrants requesting refunds who have also ordered merchandise are responsible for a $15 flat priority mailing fee(deducted from the registration fee refund) for shipping and handling of any merchandise. All merchandise purchased (guidebooks, T-shirts, patches, pins, etc.) will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form by the registrant unless special arrangements are made.
2. Refund of 50% of registration fee only, if cancelled between 44 and 31 days (May 4, 2019 through May 17, 2019) before the convention. Registrants requesting refunds who have also ordered merchandise are responsible for a $15 flat priority mailing fee(deducted from the registration fee refund) for shipping and handling of any merchandise. All merchandise purchased (guidebooks, T-shirts, patches, pins, etc.) will be mailed to the address provided on the registration form by the registrant unless special arrangements are made.
3. No refunds within 30 days (May 18, 2019 or later) of the convention. Any additional items purchased (patches, pins, etc.) will be mailed to the address provided.
